If this is your site then you need to know that you are currently in suspended service mode. This can happen for a variety of reasons but usually is a billing issue; changed/expired credit card details for example.

  • You will see your outstanding invoices listed
  • Select any due unpaid invoices and click on the 'Pay Selected' button
  • Once your outstanding invoices have been paid your hosting account will be returned to full service mode
